Frequently Asked Questions

  1. HOW DO I GET MY TICKETS?
    Your tickets may be redeemed at the box office on the day of the performance only, but no later than 30 minutes before show time. Present your confirmation voucher to claim your tickets.
  2. HOW OFTEN CAN I RESERVE TICKETS?
    Each Gold Club member is able to order up to 2 tickets per event. Those with Companion Memberships may order up to 4 tickets per event.
  3. WHAT IS A COMPANION MEMBERSHIP?
    For an additional $70 per year ($169) Gold Club members can have access to up to 4 tickets per event. This option is ideal for those who would like to take the whole family or invite multiple guests to the theater. In all cases the registered member must be present to pick up reserved tickets in person at the box office.
  4. WHY DO SHOWS OFFER TICKETS AT SUCH REDUCED PRICES?
    Shows view the Gold Club as a marketing tool. By making these offers available to a limited and exclusive group of people it allows a production to develop word of mouth without compromising the sale of a full price ticket. Members are encouraged to fill out and submit a brief survey after seeing a Gold Club offering. These comments may be used by the marketing staff of TheaterMania and/or by participating productions. comment on a show!

    Log on to the Gold Club daily, using your username and password, to see what is available. Great shows are available in the Gold Club every day - find just what you were looking for or surprise yourself with an unexpected treat!

Ordering Instructions

DO NOT proceed with the ordering process until you have read and fully understand our terms and conditions.

Here's how it works in a few easy steps:

  1. Go to www.theatermania.com.
  2. Enter your Gold Club user name and password in the member area.
  3. Read about each of the Gold Club offerings, including the date, time, and location. There are a limited number of seats available for each performance so we recommend that you check the site often!
  4. Select the performance you wish to attend from the date & time pull-down menu.
  5. Select the number of tickets you would like to reserve.
  6. Confirm the specifics of your order and then click the submit button. Please do not submit more than once, as this may result in a double charge on your credit card.
  7. Print the voucher that appears on your screen.
  8. To pick up your tickets, present your confirmation voucher to the box office at least 30 minutes before show time.
  9. Enjoy the show!

Terms and Conditions

  • TheaterMania Gold Club memberships run continuously, unless cancelled by e-mail at least 30 days prior to the date of membership expiration.
  • The Gold Club is a reservation service only.
  • The standard fee to become a Gold Club member for one year is $99. Gold Club Members are able to reserve up to 2 tickets for each show offered, unless otherwise indicated.
  • Companion Memberships are available at the standard rate of $169 per year. Companion Members are able to reserve up to 4 tickets for each show offered, unless otherwise indicated.
  • Each time an order is placed, a reservation fee of $4.50 per ticket is automatically charged to the member's credit card on file.
  • Gold Club members who reserve tickets must personally pick up their tickets at the box office. Offerings are available to Gold Club members only. Gold Club Memberships are non-transferable.
  • The box office may ask for identification to certify the ticket holder's identity and, for those situations, a photo I.D. will be sufficient.
  • Members must present their confirmation voucher to the box office in order to pick up reserved tickets.
  • Members must claim their tickets at least 30 minutes before show time. Under all circumstances, ticket distribution is at the discretion of the box office.
  • On very rare occasions, a theater may decide not to honor reserved Gold Club tickets. In this unlikely event, members are asked to cooperate fully with the theater and then inform TheaterMania. We will always make every effort to accommodate our members.
  • All seating locations are based on availability and are at the full discretion of the box office.
  • Failure to honor your confirmed reservation at the box office, (i.e. "no-showing"), could result in the immediate revocation of membership privileges without refund, and may also result in a cancellation fee consistent with the value of the tickets reserved. Members may appeal for reactivation based on extenuating circumstances to goldclub@theatermania.com
  • Resale of tickets is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate revocation of membership.
  • Members are encouraged to fill out and submit a brief survey after seeing a Gold Club offering. These comments may be used by the marketing staff of TheaterMania and/or by participating productions. Gold Club Survey

  • The membership fees currently being charged are subject to increase at the discretion of TheaterMania management.
  • There are no reservation fee refunds or ticket exchanges.

  • As a courtesy to the production, the producers request Gold Club members remain for the entire duration of the performance. Your membership is subject to revocation if this request is not followed.

  • TheaterMania reserves the right to revoke a membership if, in its sole judgment, management believes a member's or member's guest's behavior at a Gold Club event was inappropriate in any way.
  • TheaterMania makes no representation as to the quality of any production attended by any Member and is not liable to any Member or any Member’s guest(s) for any damage suffered or incurred (or believed to be suffered or incurred) for any reason whatsoever in connection with or arising from the attendance of a show or event; any and all claims in respect of the foregoing against TheaterMania being hereby waived to the fullest extent of the law.

Trouble logging in?

Occasionally, our users experience problems when trying to log in to TheaterMania.
Here are some steps to try if you are unable to log in:
  1. Check your username and password; both must be entered exactly as you entered them when you signed up -- our system is case-sensitive, so be sure to check upper- and lower-case.

  2. Close your web browser (Internet Explorer, AOL, or Netscape) and re-open it.

  3. Re-start your computer.

  4. Delete your browser's "cookies":

    • Internet Explorer 6 for Windows
      1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options, and then click the General tab.
      2. In the Temporary Internet Files section, click Delete Cookies, click OK, and then click OK again.

      Older versions of Internet Explorer for Windows
      1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options, and then click the General tab.
      2. In the Temporary Internet Files section, click Settings.
      3. Click View Files.
      4. On the Edit menu, click Select All, then press the Delete key and click OK.

      Netscape 6 for Windows
      1. On the Edit menu, click Preferences
      2. Click the plus sign next to Privacy & Security, then click Cookies
      3. Click View Stored Cookies
      4. Click Remove all Cookies, click OK, and then click OK again.

      Mozilla Firefox
      1. On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click on the Privacy tab. (located on the left hand side)
      2. Click the "Clear" buttons for History, Cookies and Cache.
      3. Click OK.

      Other Browsers
        Consult your browser's documentation on how to delete cookies.

  5. Your computer may be protected by a firewall which is denying access to TheaterMania. Ask your network administrator or check your firewall's documentation to learn how to allow your computer access to TheaterMania.

  6. If none of the above steps solves the problem, contact TheaterMania customer service at 866-899-1895.
